Innovation Boosters were struggling with gaining insight from their financial numbers. They needed a real-time understanding of their financial status, and a clear way to draw financial conclusions from their sales funnel.

Our Solution

We created a profit and loss dashboard for Innovation Boosters, as well as actively working with the management team to alert them any time their forecasted numbers were falling behind. At the same time, we took insights from their sales funnel, including probability calculations, for them to make real-time decisions on their operations.
